Happy Halloween!

Trevor and Ella carved pumpkins on Tuesday night. I hate cleaning out the inside of a pumpkin. Ella did really well scooping out the seeds. I got to clean out the guts. But daddy did a good job carving. I think we were done in 20 min.!

They still got the "Right Stuff!"

What do you title The New Kids on the Block Concert? A Blast! Crazy! Loud! Awesome! Call me a nerd, crazy, whatever you want, but it was good. Even if you weren't a fan 15-18 years ago, I think you would say the Bean Town 5 can put on a good show. I found them still "hot!" Sexier now than ever. Maybe that is because I am a woman and not 13, and they are grown men in good shape. They had several outfit changes and danced the whole time. I love Joe and Jordan still, Joe more! I was surprised that there were men at the show, and not many young kids. It was a full concert, many woman screaming and drinking beer, not me! And I'm so happy to have shared it with Kelli, her friend, and sister. I'm not the only NKOTB lifetime fan. I'd upload some video, but I haven't figured that out yet.

Step by Step!!

Yes--I'm a freak! Living in the past. 18 years ago this fall I went to the New Kids on the Block Concert with a friend and her mom. It was at the Target Center. I loved it then. So tomorrow night I will go to the NKOTB Concert with an adult friend this time. I'm anxious to see how many adults are there at the concert. I would be shocked if many teens were there, because they didn't know the "fab five" from the day. I still think Joey is hot. I wonder if Jordan can still those high notes? I'm excited! I hope my t-shirt still fits!

"I want a sister!"

We had a great ultra sound today. Everything looks good! I'm still measuring early, Feb. 22 instead of the 28th. Holly--it is looking more and more like I'm missing trivia this year. Ella was getting bored towards the end of the 1/2 hour. When the lady asked if she wanted a brother or sister, she said "sister." But she is having a BROTHER! Ella then said, "but tomorrow I'll have a sister, right?" It is a boy, so what do we do with a boy? Anyone want to buy 3 years worth girl clothes? We need to name this little baby boy too. We did have a feeling it was a boy. It's all good!

I LOVE MEA!

We made it to our first school break, MEA! I feel like we have been in school for months already. Maybe that's because the kids are already driving me crazy! What is on our MEA plans?
Thursday: Oil Change, plummers putting in toilet, shower head, and sink, carpet is being layed, shopping at Albertville with Katie.
Friday: Ultra Sound (boy or girl?), Charter is coming, Ella has her flu shot, electricians are coming, Grandma Sugar is coming.
Saturday: Craft show, my aunties are coming, Marohl's are coming.
Sunday: Whew!! Rest! I do have a million papers to craft, since I haven't correct one since Sept. 6th.

Happy MEA Everyone!

Church!

My mom, Ella, and I went to Church on Sunday at Holy Spirit. Ella was telling Trevor about it tonight. This is how it went. "Daddy, in Shursh with Grandma, um, um, the guy, he burptized a baby. When my baby comes out, it's gonna get burptized." We thought that was so funny!

HEY DUDE!!

I watched "HEY DUDE!" all the time in middle school. Don't know why I thought of this show today. But I did not know until looking back at the pictures that Ben Stiller's wife, Christine Tayler, was on it.
And Ted was hot! Played by David Lascher.
Kyle was played by Geoffrey Coy. I can only find one picture of him, but he was cute too. Remember the song?

You can listen on real player. youtube did not have the original opening. But here are the lyrics. I can sing it for you if you want.

"It's a little wild and a little strange...
when you make your home out on the range.
So, start your horse and come along.
'Cause you can't get a ride if you can't hold on.
Singin' yippee kai aie ay. (Yippee kai aie what?)
Like the cowboys say. (Sing it again now.)
Yippee kai aie ay.
'Till the break of day.
(You'd better watch out for those man-eating jackrabbits... And that killer cacti!)
Hey Dude!
"
