List to do on vacation.

This is what I want to get done during the next 7 days.
1. bank
2. Grocery store.....at least 2 times. (One so far)
3. Target (once done....one more to go.)
4. The Mall
5. Clean the tub
6. Clean tub in laundry room
7. Clean Vents (Trevor can do this)
8. Put away Christmas
9. Organize under steps
10. Organize toy corners (one done)
11. Craft corner (done!)
12. Once upon a child
13. Goodwill (before the 31st.)
14. Floors
15. Grades
16. Make a cd for my friend Sarah
17. Aldi
18. Clean Microwave
19. Buy cord for video camera to go to computer (I think it's called a firewall cord) Too expensive for now.
20. Take more naps (one done today!)
21. Haircut for me and kids (tomorrow)
22. Chiropractor for Ben (He's fine!)
23. Alvin and the Chipmunks with Zack and Ella (Friday I'm hoping)
24. Buy Ben new shoes
25. Buy a shoe rack for Ella's closet.
26. Go to Crafts Direct(Bad store!)

Ella's December Programs

It's snowing!

We left today at 3:45 and hit some sleet on the way to Battle Lake. We made it! Everyone is preparing for the worst. Maybe no going to Wahpeton to see Grandpa Al on Christmas Day, but all will be safe. I packed double everything, just in case we are here until Sunday.

If I had an assistant!

My friend posted on Facebook that she needed an assistant. I really need one too. This is what I'd have them do.

1. Clean my shower
2. Do my laundry
3. Make meals and freeze them.
4. Go grocery shopping
5. Wrap my Christmas gifts
6. Go to Target
7. Wash my kitchen floor
8. File
9. Wash out my cupboards
10. Clean my laundry room sink

The list would be never ending. But if I had a helper for one day...I could be so much more productive. I could enjoy the weekends more without all that list of things to do.

Who needs gifts anyway?

I have not started to Christmas Shop yet.....stressed!! Who can go shopping with two kids and a busy schedule. Everyone is saying to shop online, but that's not me. I have bought one gift for Ella and a few movies. I have my father-in-law done and that's it. I'm thinking I need to take a day off, but when? Maybe everyone will just want cash.

I miss you!

Hello DVR,
How is your vacation? I miss you. I miss you telling me the time in the living room. I miss you telling me what I'm watching and what comes on next. I miss you telling me who is on Ellen and Oprah everyday. I miss planning ahead and recording the next day's show. I miss being able to pause, fast forward, and rewind you. Ella really misses you. She has been asking when you plan to return. She really wants to watch her shows that you only offer on channel 100 and 102. I miss coming home and watching Y& R. I miss everything about you. Please hurry back to me.
