17th birthday!

Tomorrow is November 30th, Trevor's 33rd birthday. Tomorrow marks the 17th birthday of his that we will celebrate together. On his 17th birthday, I gave him a basketball tie tack. Cheesy at the time, but I thought it was cute when he had to wear a tie for ball. I bought it the day after Thanksgiving at the mall in Fergus Falls. That tie tack was lost at one point, and replaced a few years back on another birthday. And the year after that, I got him his pinky ring, back when they were cool. Happy Birthday Trevor!! I look forward to 17 plus more birthdays with you to celebrate. Love you!

15. And I am Thankful for GOD watching over us.

Trip to Aldi!

I went to the new Aldi store tonight with the kids. It was quick. I had about 15 minutes before meeting Trevor at Space Aliens. It wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be more grocery store like and have more in the store. I was looking for Artichokes, they didn't have any. I did buy, Cream Puffs, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Brownies, Cinnamon rolls, Artichoke bread thingy, a chocolate bar, Cheeze-Its, and apple juice. I bought one bag to carry it in. My whole total was $16.50. The box of Cream puffs contains 50 for Under $4.00. Sam's Club would have been easily over $10.00. Hope they are close to tasting the same. I was lucky enough to have a quarter to use a cart. The only thing I didn't like, was getting the cart outside and having to put it back. But I think I will go back when I am on that side of town.

What's Ben Up To These Days?

Ben has had a busy few weeks. Here is what he is up to these days:
1. Got his 5th haircut
2. Got his flu shot
3. Did not get H1N1 from his sister (yippee)
4. Learned to Crawl everywhere
5. Gets into everything
6. Plays on his belly in the tub.
7. Pulls himself up on his knees
8. Lowered the crib all the way down
9. We discovered he has 2 new teeth. The eye teeth. Didn't even know he was teething. He now has 6 teeth.
10. Got his 8 1/2 month pictures taken at JcPenny
11. Too a big poop in the bathtub
12. Claps, waves, tries to blow kisses, slaps his hands down on things.
13. Plays alone so good.
14. Eats tons of new table foods.
15. Drinks with help from a sippie cup
16. Moved into some size 18 month clothes
17. His 2t-4t hat for winter is getting tight.
18. Says "ma ma"
19. Tries to play with outlets and things in them.
20. Most of all...is simply adorable and I want to kiss him non-stop all day!!
