I started counting my points on Weight Watchers. I did this over a year ago when I was running and lost about 8 pounds. Now I need to lose 20 pounds. I even have more points to start with this time, but would like more for chocolate. My body is still craving rocky road ice cream, peanut butter cups, and all food in general. I can't start running yet because I haven't had "that" appointment yet to get the approval from the doctor. If I could run, I would have started about 2 weeks ago. When I work and have to plan my food for the day, it's much easier to count your points. I don't like eating frozen meals at home right now, knowing I will eat them when I get back to school. So any good ideas on zero pt. food or how to make this easier--I need your help! My husband went to Culvers for ice cream the other night and I turned it down. (That was really hard!) I will have to just live with Skinny Cows instead! :(

Pudding pops - 2 pts.
Laughing cow light cheese - 1 point (good on celery and Wasa multigrain crackers)
FRUIT! Strawberries are just about ready - 1 pt for a fist-sized serving (of any fresh fruit)
Baked Tostitos - I think 2 pts for 15 chips (salsa is free)
They say it's good to say no to something every day. I'm glad you're counting because I should be too! You'll have to keep an eye on me! :)
Thank you TelegaWoman--I always know I can count on you.
